DHL OPERATIONS AGENT

FULL TIME – LATE SHIFT

CROYDON

AVTAV are proud to be working in cooperation with DHL a global logistics company proving courier, package delivery and express mail services

• Role – Operations agent
• Location – Croydon
• Shifts – Mon - Fri
• Hours – 12:30pm – 9pm
• Pay between 08.00am -19.00pm: £12.94 per hour
• Pay between 19.00pm – 08.00am: £15.44 per hour
• Pay OT: £19.41 per hour

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capturing location and data information of shipments
• Invoice checks
• General administrative support including reception
• Monitoring of data and data entry
• Handling internal and external customer queries delivering excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
• Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently
• Administration skills and computer literate essential
• Prior experience would be advantageous, but not essential as full training is available
