DevSecOps Consultant
Location: London
Please Note: Due to the nature of client work you will be undertaking, you will need to be willing to go through a Security Clearance process as part of this , which requires 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.

As a DevSecOps Consultant you will:
Work with clients, including senior stakeholders, to advise and aid implement DevSecOps processes and tools to new and existing pipelines or in progress implementation
Define secure software development lifecycle for large scale projects and teams
Design and implement secure software development lifecycle solutions based on various tools
Conduct assessments and audits of clients' existing DevSecOps processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
Conduct analysis of security findings and support any security testing requirements to help prove a pipeline implementation, including performing risk analysis and identification of false positives
Contribute to tool evaluations, selection and recommendations both internally and for clients
Mentor client teams, including senior stakeholders, in the criticality of security in the movement to DevOps/DevSecOps
Work with global teams to aid in the growing of our DevSecOps and Managed AppSec presence
Coordinate with construction of labs and PoCs to improve project and service delivery
Develop new assets and undertake R&D for the DevSecOps community either for innovation to take to clients as part of client engagements, as well as internal and partner work, to grow the practice (including RFP/I)
Training client teams on DevOps, DevSecOps, Agile best practices
The following skills and experience are essential for this role:
Strong knowledge of some or all the following, DevSecOps, SCA, SAST, DAST, IAST, ideally with hands on experience with at least two years in relevant tooling such as Microfocus FOD, WebInspect
Experience of management, definition, and implementation of security in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Practical experience of cloud technologies
Practice experience of other development approaches (e.g. agile / scrum)
The ability to work well with various teams
Excellent project management and client facing communication skills
The ability to map customer requirements to service offerings, communicating as such with C-level client executives and assisting the opportunity through the sales cycle
Flexible, self-motivated, client focused and will have a ‘can do’ attitude
The ability to be methodical, well organized and detail orientated about all aspects of work
