Join the Grayce Tech+ Development Programme today as a Graduate DevOps Engineer!
You’ll embark on a four year development programme, where you will build your knowledge and experience with various technical concepts including: software development & associated roles, DevOps, network/windows/cloud engineering, cyber security, Salesforce development and more.
As you progress through the Tech+ programme You will have the opportunity to study and develop your knowledge alongside a mentor, receive monthly coaching and support from your Grayce Delivery Manager and work on our clients' innovative projects in ESG (Environmental Social Governance), digital & AI (Artificial Intelligence), cybersecurity, IT transformation, large scale business change and much more.
Building your skill stack
During your journey as a Grayce Analyst, you will have every opportunity to level up your skills and knowledge. We will prepare you for your first set of qualifications including ISTQB Foundation, ISO27001, AgilePM and all the essentials to set you up for success. We will support you in your career development every step of the way, as you begin to use your talents in a client-facing environment on a variety of different projects.

We’d love to speak to individuals who have:

• A degree with 2:1 minimum In a STEM subject e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems etc.).
• Exposure to relevant technical concepts such as programming languages, frameworks, tools and/or regulations (through university, courses, or self-study)
• Passion to pursue a career in tech
• Enthusiasm for problem solving and using your analytical skills to deliver high quality work
