THE HIGHLIGHTS: Very busy and successful restaurant group specialising in sustainable and seasonal cooking, new opening for a Head of Development to help in growing the business Excellent opportunity for a head chef or dev chef with really strong commercial accumen. Daytimes only, no services. Development takes place in the sites, no central kitchen so you have to still like being around the teams :) Full creative control WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? They are looking for a strong Head Chef or existing Dev chef to take the reigns in this company. They’re at a really integral point in the growth and they need not just a strong development chef but someone who is keen to train and mentor the teams. But there is no people management or recruitment within this role. The food is already fantastic and the restaurants are already really well known and popular spots in central London. For this new role they need someone who has loads of great ideas to take the current offering to a new level and get the teams really on board with the growth. WHAT ARE THE HOURS? Typically you will be working Monday to Friday during office hours, you’ve got to be up for getting stuck in with the current chefs with lots of contact time with the teams in the kitchen across their different sites.
