Job description
A fantastic opportunity to work within an up-market, elegant and trendy dessert parlour. We are currently accepting applications for Back of House roles for our store in London - Gallions Reach Shopping Park.
Full Time/Part time 20-40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work as part of a fun & energetic team to create picture-perfect desserts and drinks from our luxury menu.
· To uphold the Heavenly Desserts service experience for all our guests.
· Maintaining a clean kitchen, upholding all company policies and cleaning practices. Upholding compliance requirements with regard to Food Safety, Health & Safety, Personal Hygiene, etc.
· Must be available to work between the hours of 9:00 am and 1:00 am and have access to reliable transportation to get to and from Gallions Reach Shopping Park.
· A minimum of one-two years of catering/food handling previous experience is desired but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
· Mixing and pouring beverages, as needed.
· Clearing glassware, silverware, and crockery from each table once guests have completed their meals, or upon request.
· Perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.
Requirements:
· Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.
· Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
· Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
