The Role
As a Desktop SupportEngineer, you will providetechnical assistance to users, installation, upgrade and troubleshoot anyhardware and software systems, register settings update
Key responsibilities:
- Provide supportfor Desktop/Laptop in MMD infrastructure & CMDB Management.
- Manage end-to-end infrastructurefrom Windows 7 & 10 devices, core applications and management of thesedevices using the in-place backend infrastructure.
- Support WIN-7 andWIN-10 onsite and remote.
- Provide DesktopSupport and addressing tickets for WIN-10 Deployment related issues andrequests.
