Overview
The Desktop support Engineer is fundamental in the delivery of support services to clients. We want to enlarge our Team of technicians and IT Specialist and provide a great working atmosphere.
What you´ll be doing as our Desktop Support Engineer
- 1st and 2nd Level IT support for our clients
- providing desktop hardware repair and asset management services
- cooperation with a team of technicians and IT specialists
- changing tasks and responsibilities
What we´re looking for in our Desktop Support Engineer
- Experience of modern computer technologies and IT-support
- Good knowledge of Asset Management Systems & Ticketing Systems
- Minimum of 1 Year working experience in banking environment
- Hands-on mentality
