Our Leading Global Enterprise client is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join an exciting client’s team.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 80 Days
Rate: up to £140/day PAYE (please note, Employer NI is paid for by the client)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Cambridge
Knowledge and Skills:
- Comfortable taking ownership of issues, working to resolve or align to the correct support group. While keeping the customer(s) updated.
- Work under general supervision.
- Demonstrate an analytical and systematic approach to resolving complex problems and assignments.
- Take initiative in identifying and negotiating appropriate development opportunities.
- Define, explain and follow instructions and procedures.
- Demonstrate an organized approach to work.
- Work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Perform routine administrative skills reliably.
- Demonstrate excellent soft skills and customer focus.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
