The Role

L & D Design Creator at Oodle Car Finance.

Our Oversight Team at Oodle is looking to hire an L & D Design Creator who will develop and manage documentation to support our Operations Team. This specialist will be responsible for partnering with internal SME's to translate complex content, policies and processes to support the training of our Operations Team.

What you'll be getting up to:

The role will cover the following but is not limited to:

  • Write, publish and maintain high quality content including process guides, reference materials, talking points and training content
  • Partner with the Learning & Development Team to ensure content aligns with what is being taught in training programmes
  • Plan and deliver training content handover session to Trainers
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure content aligns with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Operational SME's to gain an understanding of processes within their areas and transform into content which can be trained to Operational colleagues
  • Keep up to date with new and emerging updates from the FCA
  • Periodically review training delivery and QA scores to evaluate effectiveness of the training content
  • Support with embedding a coaching culture within Operations
  • Support with delivery of training where required

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience of working in an FCA regulated environment
  • Experience of building end to end engaging training content
  • Ability to partner and collaborate with business stakeholders
  • A proactive approach and adaptable to change
  • Knowledge of key and relevant FCA regulations with a focus to create great customer outcomes
  • Ability to use Word, Excel, Power point and the internet
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, be organised and efficient
