About Mayden

Mayden is a growing software company, awarded Development Team of the Year at the 2018 UK IT Industry awards and finalists again in 2021. We love that the work we do makes a difference, changing what’s possible for clinicians and patients.

Mayden has a flat management structure and a coaching culture, with team members working together and supporting one another to make things happen.

Benefits

We offer a phenomenal working environment, exciting opportunities to learn new skills, and an excellent package of benefits including:

  • personal training and conference budget
  • onsite gym
  • life assurance
  • private health insurance
  • pension
  • parking
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (with the option to buy or sell annual leave after probation is completed)

Hours and Location

The position is for a full time member of our team, 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday.

We work best together and believe there is significant benefit from working face to face for the work and working relationships. As a general guideline, we believe it would be difficult to maintain effective communication if you are in the office for much less than half of your working time. This has informed our approach to our place of work policy, which allows for some working at home depending on the needs of the business and teams.

The role involves occasional travel.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

This role is not eligible for sponsorship by Mayden for a skilled worker visa. We are therefore unable to accept applications from individuals who would require an employer to sponsor them for a work permit.

How to apply

Please upload your CV and include a link to your portfolio. We also require a covering letter describing your interest in the role and sharing a little about what you would bring to the team and to Mayden. We look forward to hearing from you!
