We have an exception role for you, in the position of Designer
As our Designer you will be responsible for concept, design and production of internal and external marketing materials to support the creation of assets and collateral across various media platforms. Providing technical and creative support to colleagues as required. Whilst establishing and maintaining brand standards through design, consistency and quality across all facilities/markets.
You will have opportunity to coordinate and manage various design projects, vendors, production schedules and media placements to ensure deadlines are met and cost efficiencies are gained. Whilst maintaining and developing great working relationship with stakeholders at all levels across HCA Healthcare UK, to include, consultants, vendors and hospital teams.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has;
- A degree in art with an emphasis in graphic design or a related field is required.
- 5-7 years of experience as a graphic designer in an industry, corporate or agency environment is required.
- Must have advanced skills in identity/branding, typesetting, copywriting, print and production (pre-press) design.
- Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effect desirable
- Experience with Figma / Sketch or similar cloud-based design tools desirable
- Must possess excellent organisation, communication, multi-tasking and strategic-thinking skills.
- Flexibility, good judgment and attention to detail are essential.
- Convey ideas and information clearly, concisely and persuasively.
- A good understanding of basic design principles and elements such as balance, typography, colour, and paper, as well as a good knowledge of the printing process.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented creative environment.
- Familiar with designing social media and digital assets.
