Job description
The Too Faced Senior Graphic Designer will play an integral part of bringing the brand to life across all touch points: branding, 360 campaign, in-store, events, and content. This creative minded person will work collaboratively with the team and cross-functional partners to successfully design and deliver high quality creative. We are looking for someone with a passion for makeup and a keen eye for design. The Senior Graphic Designer should have a strong creative voice who can help take the brand aesthetic to the next level. This role reports into the Design Director, Image.

This position is based at the Too Faced Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, California.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Design Director, Creative & Marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute creative concepts that align with the brand strategy.
- Design and develop seasonal new product launch campaigns from start to finish
- Own and maintain brand guidelines and design standards, ensuring that all design deliverables reflect the brand's visual identity and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, competitive landscape, and emerging design technologies
- Contribute to the improvement of design processes, tools, and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Autonomously manage your day-to-day workload, keeping everyone in the loop with timelines and updates
- Maintain and elevate brand aesthetic across all touch-points, including both domestic and international markets.
- Prepare, package and spec files for print.
- Design, build, and create templates for PowerPoint/Keynote presentations
- Additional design projects as needed, including but not limited to: product photography, mock ups, and education materials.
- React positively to feedback and notes with a strong desire for learning and improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Deep knowledge of photography, typography, and visual design
- Strong background in conceptual and visual thinking with a branded mindset
- Expert in design software: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Experience in Keynote, MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Exemplary organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Highly collaborative with excellent work ethic to produce deliverables with speed in a fast-paced environment.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,000 to $106,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
