The Role
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as a Brand Designer at Deputy? Join our global dynamic design team and unleash your creativity to craft captivating brand experiences that resonate with millions of business owners and workers globally.
You’ll thrive at the intersection of design, UX and content, and jump at the opportunity to collaborate with marketers and designers to reinvent our digital and out of home experiences through human-led design. The ideal candidate will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or within the Pacific or Mountain Time zones.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Create meaningful brand moments. Design experiences that are human, simple and compelling, and that create a connection with our audience of business owners and shift workers across the world.
- Bring our product and brand to life. Take ownership of design across the website and digital marketing campaigns, crafting compelling ads, web pages and journeys that elevate the discovery and buying experience.
- Create compelling customer content. Create customer-led designs, videos and motion that showcase our product and the incredible humans who use our platform every day, while also highlighting Deputy’s unique value to the world.
- Drive brand awareness. Collaborate with our creative marketers to conceptualise and design high impact brand campaigns for our global social and digital channels, as well as out of home experiences. Let’s make Deputy famous!
- Design for impact. Seek to understand the impact of your work, learning new ways in which we can improve and innovate our brand experiences
- Evangelise the value of design & brand. Advance brand design and Deputy’s brand voice across all of our digital experiences
What we’re looking for:
- Someone with demonstrated experience (2-3 years) as a brand designer working in an agency and familiar working with SAAS companies
- Someone who’s eager to work across a variety of creative mediums such as print, web, digital ads
- Someone who’s keen to learn motion and video design
- You have solid experience designing with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and GoogleSuite
- You have a keen eye for detail and quality
- You proactively collaborate with others to get their perspective and feedback on your work
- You are an excellent storyteller and can explain design decisions clearly
- You are excited to work at a fast-paced growing company and are comfortable with some ambiguity
For candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, the pay range for this position is $109,000 - $125,000.
For candidates based outside San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, the pay range for this position is $96,000 - $110,000.
