The Role
This is a home-based role. As part of our digital-first approach, our team of Installation Sales and Design Consultants utilise video technology to offer customers a virtual showroom experience to design, sell and support the installation of their dream bathroom. Offering class-leading customer service and the hunger to succeed in a target-driven environment, the ideal candidate will be an expert in developing relationships and inspiring customers to create perfect bathroom designs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build quality relationships with our customers taking time to understand their requirements and help inspire them to creating perfect designs.
- Offer class-leading customer service.
- Take responsibility for managing own time effectively and efficiently, arranging and conducting appointments using video software.
- Present designs in a professional manner, ensuring that customers’ needs are catered for where possible and any potential technical constraints are addressed.
- Discuss costs and where necessary, negotiate professionally with customers including understanding and presentation of a variety of consumer financing options.
- Follow up on customer enquiries that have yet to convert to a sale.
- Take ownership for achievement of personal targets for conversion of enquiries and overall revenue.
- Ensure smooth handover to the Project Coordinator.
We are looking for someone with……
- Ideally previous home improvement sales experience, however this is not essential and a professional sales person would fit perfectly with us.
- Experience of working to sales targets with a strong record of regularly achieving and exceeding objectives.
- An outstanding customer service ethic with a passion for continuously improving the levels of service provided.
- Experience of managing and nurturing relationships with potential customers
- Experience of Bathroom design and installation sales, again this is not essential as full training will be given.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Resilience & patience to deal with difficult situations.
- Ideally, experience of working in a digital environment, the role involves interacting with IT to complete all tasks. Experience of a variety of software is a benefit, but the key attribute is a willingness and ability to learn and understand our systems.
- The ability to work from home successfully whilst being part of a wider team.
Please note: The successful candidate on their first day will need to attend our Head Office located in Doncaster for an induction, equipment collection and identification checks.

Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per year
