As a Design Executive you will support the Design team to define and deliver world leading, creative and innovative design solutions that are right for our customers, colleagues and the business. I am customer focused in everything I do.

You will be responsible for- Supporting Design Managers to deliver market leading retail design projects.
- Using design experience, customer trends, benchmarking to ensure projects are best in class Working collaboratively with multi-functional teams from across the business to deliver projects
- Defining and developing project briefs
- Managing and driving design projects from ideas/concepts through to prototypes, implementation of trials and standardisation
- Managing suppliers and design agencies to develop design solutions based on agreed project brief
- Acting as a Brand Guardian to ensure what we deliver is considered and aligned to the broader Brand and business strategy
- Identifying improvement opportunities in our stores via competitor and internal reviews
- Manage external relationships with design agencies, photographers and repro companies
- Developing your leadership skills and furthering your retail design knowledge
- Designing retail environments and brand / graphics
- In-House design team or Design Agency experience
- Working with multifunctional teams to deliver store design projects
- Experience in a fast space retail environment
- Degree in a design related subject e.g. Interior design, Architecture, Product design, graphic design, design management
