Group/Division

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The Manufacturing Design Engineer will be responsible for system integration and test support on cutting edge e-beam reticle inspections systems.

• This person will support new product introduction activities through production builds.
• Become the technical expert in all areas related to system integration and test.
• Interface with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure the design is successfully transferred to manufacturing.
• Be responsible for change management: parts release, BOM management, supplier support, documentation and ECO process.
• Owns the manufacturing process related to system integration and test.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement programs.
• Project management among cross functional teams.
• Drive spec validations efforts
• Provide escalation support for all areas of system integration and test.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
