Job description
Family run construction company looking for a dynamic person to provide assistance to Site Managers on a high end residential refurbishment projects in Notting Hill and Holland Park area.
Main duties:
- Co-ordinating document flow between the professional design team (architects, structural engineers, interior designers etc) and site.
- Liaising with sub-contractors with regards to design and installation.
- Assisting at meetings with the client and their team.
- Support to Site Manager and Surveyors in Valuation process.
- Organising maintenance visits to completed projects.
- Helping the Buyer with sourcing specialist items.
- Liaising with local authority, building control, HSE and neighbours if required.

The job would suit a graduate or a person willing to learn new skills with an interest in construction and design process.
No previous construction experience necessary.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Graduate
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
