Hours of Work: 37.5hrs per week Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with some weekend working

We are looking for an organised and creative individual to join us as our Design and Social Media Marketing Assistant. This position offers an ideal opportunity to someone with the relevant skills and who holds the same values to join our team. The successful candidate will help with the design and creation of social media content, including video production, design, photo editing and copy writing. They will also assist in the management of our social media channels and customer touchpoints. The role is hybrid, working two days a week at Molke HQ in Scone.
The Role:
- Graphic design. Create graphics, edit photos and produce visually engaging content in line with the Molke brand guidelines
- Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends
- Creating Instagram reels, TikToks and YouTube content from concept to final edit
- Assist with planning, creating and scheduling of social media content on our platforms
- Assist with the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest, adapting content to suit different channels
- Assist with community management on our Fans of Molke group, commenting on posts, starting conversations and creating fun content.
- Undertaking additional duties as set by line manager as they occur
You:
- Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail
- Video creation and editing skills
- Comfortable using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding and informed perspective on the digital media landscape, key trends and challenges
- Energy, enthusiasm and a proven experience producing digital content
- Experience working across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter.
- Organised and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritise work

- Good customer service skills
- A willingness to be flexible, readily accommodate change and be able to apply initiative in day to day tasks.
