Job description
We are a specialist print firm, designing and supplying graphics for within the motorsport industry, looking for someone with design and/or print experience and excellent administrative skills to assist with all aspects of the business.

Excellent interpersonal skills including but not limited to;
- Talking to customers on the phone
- Building lasting relationships with customers including race team representatives, sponsors, racers and enthusiasts alike
- Using various methods of communication such as messaging on social media and emails to handles customer enquiries, to turn enquiries into sales and to upsell to meet the customers’ needs and dreams
- Interpreting customers’ needs and dreams so we can turn them into reality
- Being able to work fast, under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Following set processes to ensure deadlines are met and accuracy is maintained
- Punctual
- Excellent IT skills
- Able to work in both a tidy and timely manner
- Creative flair to be able to produce videos and images for promotion on social media
- Housekeeping duties to ensure work areas are kept clean and printers are in good working order
Expected duties and responsibilities for which training can be provided;
- Daily admin involved in processing customer orders
- Daily admin involved in responding to customer queries, quotes and custom orders
- Daily admin for our Ebay shop
- Preparing graphics for print
- Printing graphics and preparing for dispatch
- Working on bikes to produce templates, to convert into graphics for which good spatial skills and an understanding of using scanners and use of vector graphics would be an advantage, or an in-depth knowledge of motorcycles
- Running social media accounts
Not essential but would be an advantage
- Experience of managing print lines/printers
- Graphic design experience
- Vehicle bodywork experience
Hours and remuneration;
This is a part time role initially with the potential to progress to full time hours for the right person. It is expected to start at 16 hours a week, days and times to be confirmed Monday – Friday (weekends by arrangement) between 8am – 6pm
This role starts at national minimum wage with opportunity to earn commission on sales and pay increases dependent on experience and performance to be agreed.

Salary: £6.88-£12.41 per hour
