We’re currently looking for a Derivative Onboarding and Project Analyst to join our dynamic and energetic team. Your role will not only be focussed on ensuring that Derivative clients get the best possible onboarding and product enablement experience, but that we meet all our regulatory requirements when they are onboarded.
In addition, you’ll be part of and drive some key projects to support CCB Risk Solutions Group, including essential regulatory projects covering conduct and operational risk. You’ll influence senior stakeholders across all of Corporate Bank, and get involved in high profile digital, change and regulatory projects, keeping the bank and our clients safe.
The difference you’ll make.
Onboarding clients/counterparties of the Risk Solution Group to do business with Santander UK, acting as primary daily point of contact for clients during this process
Supporting Client Due Diligence (onboarding) when required to onboard clients into Santander London Branch
Ensuring implementation of controls for the Risk Solutions Group Business unit, particularly focussing on regulatory Know Your Customer (KYC) controls and sales governance during product enablement process environment in which great ideas can thrive, ensuring that relevant parties are consulted / involved and challenging the status quo so that others are encouraged to think differently
Supporting Regulatory & Change Manager on projects to enhance product enablement process and other development activities in support of the ongoing improvement of the business.
Taking responsibility for owning and delivering workstreams within larger programmes and projects, in both RSG and CCB
Encouraging collaborative working across the department and an environment in which great ideas can thrive, ensuring that relevant parties are consulted / involved and challenging the status quo so that others are encouraged to think differently
What you’ll bring.
Previous experience of Corporate & Commercial Banking
Strong product knowledge including products across RSG and CCB
It would also be nice for you to have.
Understanding of regulations (MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank, etc)
Experience of building and maintaining relationships and coordinating activity across a range of teams and at all levels
Experience of developing and delivering small projects and plans with a 3–6 month timeframe or longer
Experience of Foreign Exchange & Interest rate products would be beneficial but not essential.

You’ve got the opportunity to work from home, with flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle, and we encourage a good work/life balance. The teams you will support are based in Triton Square and some travel to London will be required. The role will be based around London and home working, and is fully flexible.
