An interesting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join the established Income Management team in the role of Deputy Online Store Manager.

About the Role
This is a vital and challenging role, supporting the Online Store Manager in administering the University ecommerce facilities, providing and maintaining a high-quality service to departmental and external customers. This will involve creating complex events and conferences using the Store software, and supporting departmental users in creating their own, simpler Online Store items.
As part of the Income Office Team, you will also be involved in the daily reconciliation of income transactions, with responsibility for maintaining financial control in accordance with University processes and procedures.

You will be based in Hythe Bridge Street but you may be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager.
About You
A highly effective communicator, you will be a well organised team player, with a strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage workloads in order to meet deadlines.
A robust knowledge of banking processes would be an advantage, together with a strong awareness of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards), and Anti-Money Laundering Regulations. You will be expected to develop an in-depth knowledge of ecommerce systems and processes, in particular in respect of the University Online Store software.
