What will you be doing day to day?
As Deputy Manager you’ll drive exceptionally high standards in line with our Wildly Important Goals (WIG), partnering with your Nursery Manager to lead and deliver Outstanding education, brilliant customer service and build a successful team. These goals define our difference and you’ll match our belief in making dreams become reality. For every child, every team member and yourself.
You will be part of our wonderful team based at our 110 place nursery in Whetstone, North London. We are a five minute walk from Totteridge & Whetstone Station which is on the Northern Line.
The nursery is a purpose-built modern space that has large playrooms filled with natural light and clean air thanks to our hi-spec air filtration system. There’s a specialist art and cooking room, while outside, the garden comes complete with a sandpit, mud kitchen and water play area.
What can we offer you?
- £31,500 - £40,000 per annum
- A performance related bonus of up to £1,750 per year
