If so, we are seeking a Deputy Manager that is composed, committed and very well organised to join The Parogon Group and support the General Manager in leading a large team at our established restaurant.
As the Deputy Manager, you will need to have creative flair and get a real kick out of a busy service, providing exceptional service whilst being busy and under pressure, whilst ensuring your staff and management team are up to date with training and service standards.
You will assist the General Manager in the day to day running and profitability of the business within the boundaries of the company’s expectations, policies and procedures whilst clearly delegating responsibility to junior managers to ensure they are assisting you in achieving the best results.
