Oak View Nursing Home is a 16 bed nursing facility in South Wales. We currently have opportunities for a Deputy Manager to join our team on a full time basis

As a Deputy Manager at Oak View Nursing Home you will be providing support and nursing care for adults with Mental Health needs, including dementia, those individuals who have complex behaviours which challenge, and/or have a learning disability. You will need to demonstrate leadership skills and an ability to, supervise, appraise and mentor staff, encouraging their personal development in line with the needs of the individuals we support. You will also be expected to act up in the absence of the manager and oversee the day to day running of the home including liaising with all external stakeholders.
In return for your efforts, we offer a competitive salary of £24.00 per hour (£46,800 per year, pro rata for part time hours), as well as contribution to your pension. You will also receive 35 days annual leave and excellent training and progression opportunities.
