The Role:

As a Deputy Manager at Hazel End, you will play an integral role within the home by ensuring care plans are followed and supervising/mentoring the care team to ensure our residents are well cared for, motivated and stimulated to achieve a fulfilled and enriched life.

Being a Deputy Manager means you will play a vital role in the smooth running of the home in collaboration with the Home Manager and Care Manager. You will have previous leadership experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Carer within a residential setting.

We are looking for someone who has an upbeat personality, a happy disposition, self-motivation, the ability to encourage others to provide the best care service possible.

Hours of work:

Your hours of work will be 08.00 – 20.00 and you will be expected to work on a permanent rolling rota of three shifts on, three shifts off. This will equate to an average of 42 hours per week.
