Paul Winter Consulting Ltd. (PWCL) is made up of a skilled, experienced and knowledgeable team of construction professionals, offering a wide range of project management and pre-construction support services to the industrial and renewable energy sectors.
Our extensive portfolio of work spans industrial construction, anaerobic digestion plant construction and Energy from Waste plant construction projects - supporting our clients to maintain control of every aspect of a project — quality, cost, programme, delivery and safety.
We are currently expanding our team and are interested to hear from individuals keen to take on Deputy Project Manager and Junior Project Manager roles, supporting our established team.
Expectations of Deputy and Junior Project Managers include:
- Create project objectives, budgets and schedules
- Delegate tasks and resources
- Monitor and document project progress
- Report project results to clients and management
- Provide support to senior Project Managers as required
Experience in and knowledge of construction and the construction industry is required and an interest in renewable energy desirable.
Ideally, we are interested in hearing from individuals based in Andover, Hampshire, who are happy to work on a hybrid basis, with a willingness to travel to various site locations as and when projects require.

Preferred qualifications:
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or similar

Salary: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
