Job description
The Deputy Head of Education role requires the ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions within a level of authority. The education, organisational learning/development function works extremely closely with our Operations Directorate and other enabling services to provide a responsive and contemporary function at the Trust. The Deputy Head of Education will be the key contact for senior staff from other Directorates and will provide expert opinion and support to develop a culture of continual learning and practice development across the organisations.
