What do we look for in an Ed’s General Manager?

• Business savvy - commercially minded, good with numbers, and has a good head for business
• In our diners our managers are leaders who get the very best out of their teams and their business
• Someone who brings a positive attitude to work, likes to have fun, and creates that within their team. Someone who isn't afraid to be themselves!
• You will be passionate about delivering an outstanding experience to our guests
• Inspire and motivate our team of patriots to live and breathe the Ed’s values each and every day
• Experience of working as a manager in the hospitality / catering sector is essential
