Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Deputy Executive Assistant to join our Chief Executive team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
· The overall purpose of this role is to provide key administrative support to the Head of Governance and the Chair of the Board, and key responsibilities include:
· Supporting the Head of Governance by scheduling meetings and undertaking specific projects where necessary.
· Assisting the Chair of the Board by managing and addressing problems and enquiries to ensure appropriate action is taken.
· Preparing Board, Committee, AGM, and Chair meeting agendas, organising reports, and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
· Undertake general secretarial duties including composing correspondence of behalf of the Chief Executive and Executive Directors.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
· Experience of working as a Deputy Executive Assistant, Governance Assistance, or similar role.
· Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to develop positive working relationships.
· Strong knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality.
· Proven organisation and administrative experience and skills.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
