Job description
We have a great opportunity in our Dry Store, for a Deputy Dry Store Manager, working Monday to Friday.

The role encompasses:
· Review whole Dry Store to ensure its all controlled
· Attend DRM meetings as and when required
· Do regular stock checks/check levels are sufficient
· Identify usage and continuous improvement
· Manage waste, recording and reporting to SLT
· Manage yard, ensuring it is clean, tidy and organised
· Manage small team, supporting and developing them
· Working to KPi’s
MANDATORY
· Minimum of 2 years working experience in similar role
* Knowledge of stock takes
· Proficient in MS Office software
· Experience of leading small team
· Excellent H&S awareness
· Ability to prioritise work
· Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
· Flexible and adaptable approach and able to work with initiative
· Incredibly organised and logical approach
· Strong attention to detail
DESIRED

· Knowledge of production processes
· Awareness of BRC and audit processes
· Food Safety qualification
· Valid FLT licence
· Resilient and reliable
