Citizens Advice Manchester is a charity which provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. As Deputy Director of Operations, you will support the successful delivery of CAM’s diverse portfolio of advice services, ranging from a large inbound 40 seat multi-channel contact centre to specialist advice and casework services delivered locally and nationally via face-face, telephone and digital channels. Working closely with our Director of Operations and Leadership Team,you will:
- Support with the strategic planning and performance management of our multi-channel advice provision.
- Work with a team of Operational Managers, ensuring that effective quality management systems are embedded, monitored and continually evaluated.
- Maintain and develop key stakeholder relationships at an operational and strategic level.
- Have overall responsibility for driving forward CAMs equality, diversity and inclusion.
