Camp Hopson in Newbury is part of the Morleys Department Store Group, an independent group of 8 department stores operating in Greater London and Newbury, and an E Commerce platform for our store in Wimbledon.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop the team within the already successful departments of Fashions. Menswear, Lingerie, Gifts, Toys and Luggage in our prestigious local department store, Camp Hopson.
As Sales Manager, you will need to lead, coach, motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers whilst maximizing sales performance.
Through the authentic and inclusive culture, you create and the passion for luxury brands you will maximise the opportunities for these already successful departments exceed targets and continue to deliver on our outstanding standards.
This is an a challenging role due to the size and scope of the departments, therefore the the ideal candidate must:
· Have previous relevant experience, preferably within luxury brands.
· Have the ability to deliver the commercial agenda
· Be a relationship led leader with proven performance coaching ability.
· Be a genuine “people person” with a passion for helping develop others.
· Be a proactive leader as this this a hand on role
· Lead by example in everything you do
