As Department Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing your department in the store and improve daily operations as well as achieving sales targets and budget. You report to the Store Experience Manager.
Some responsibilities include:
Support, motivate and lead your department team to increase the department sales
Create an inspiring and visually attractive department for the customers together with Visual Merchandiser
Always act as Sales Advisor and be a role model for customer service
The role requires the ability to overview, plan and organise both your own work and the teams to achieve set goals for the department. You take responsibility for developing your team and constantly improving your department, always focusing on the customer and results. You are flexible, able to implement guidelines and adapt them to different circumstances.
As a person, you are communicative and have a flexible attitude. You are team oriented and convinced that an exceptional customer experience drives sales. You are caring and genuinely want the best for your team. You have experience in working in a high traffic retail environment, managing a team and providing a high level of customer service. You have a good understanding of fashion and styling skills. You can communicate effectively in English.
