Job description

Essential Functions (including, but not limited to):

  • Exercise due diligence with new payees.
  • Process invoices/payables in the accounting software.
  • Intra-/inter- departmental coordination, calendar/file/document/record management.
  • Responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Facilitating communication between team members, other departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, distribute agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in coordinating departmental projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Financial management activities include monitoring departmental expenses, tracking invoices, and processing purchase orders.
  • Management of departmental resources such as supplies, equipment, software, etc.
  • Help track inventory, initiate procurement requests, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as necessary.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, consistently meeting or beating deadlines.
