Job description
Essential Functions (including, but not limited to):
- Exercise due diligence with new payees.
- Process invoices/payables in the accounting software.
- Intra-/inter- departmental coordination, calendar/file/document/record management.
- Responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Facilitating communication between team members, other departments, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, distribute agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in coordinating departmental projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Financial management activities include monitoring departmental expenses, tracking invoices, and processing purchase orders.
- Management of departmental resources such as supplies, equipment, software, etc.
- Help track inventory, initiate procurement requests, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as necessary.
