Twoth St John's Wood presents an exciting opportunity for a professional and empathetic professional to join our team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, located in Northwest London. We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and experienced treatment coordinator to join our kind and caring team. We are a brand-new clinic comprising dental and facial aesthetics treatments.
Our clinic has a relaxing, calm, and harmonious environment where we have a team of world-class clinicians who have a passion for caring for patients and one another.
About the Job role:
- Be the first point of contact for new patient enquires
- Contact patients to discuss treatments we offer
- Seeing patients virtually & face to face discussing treatments and finance options available
- Supporting the patient throughout their treatment journey
- Effective communication with all key business relationships
- Be able to cover receptionist duties when required
- Involved in business development growth strategies
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Dental practice as a treatment co-ordinator or Practice manager
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Incentivised by hitting key targets
- Proven sales track record in developing new business
- Organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Motivated to be successful
- Previous experience in a sales-based customer-focused industry
- Previous dental experience desirable but not essential
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Competent level of IT proficiency
- Use of intra-oral digital scanners desirable but not essential

Job Type: Part-time
Monday - Friday: 6pm-9pm
Saturday: 9am-2pm
Sunday: 11am-3pm (flexible 4 hours)
Salary: £12 - £14/hr
