We are welcoming applications from individuals with previous experience in a customer sales, telesales or treatment coordinating role.
Treatment Coordinator role and responsibilities
- Follow the company’s new patient journey, ensuring a consistent experience for all new patients and leads.
- Handle all leads according to the designated pathway, ensuring all information is captured and recorded as required.
- Conduct Telephone Consultations/Callbacks with new patients with the aim of building rapport and securing attendance for a Dental Consultation, and completing all necessary reporting.
- Assist patients on their journey through the consultation process and ensure all enquiries are handled accurately and quickly.
- Completing all trackers and paperwork as required from Telephone
- Follow up individual patient lists with the aim of converting patients and generating revenue.
- Reporting to line managers and senior management in regard to performance against listed KPIs and targets.
- Handle payments to the practice by card, finance and BACS transfer.
- Keep records of financial transactions for patient treatment plans.
- Work with the management team keeping up to date with new patient pathways and implementing updated patient journeys.
- Make future appointments as required, including follow up calls reviewing treatment plans.
Your skills and experience
· A good standard of formal education
· Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
· Confident in conversation to build relationships and overcome objections
· Ability to perform in a service-focused environment
· Personable, highly motivated, friendly, flexible, reliable and organised
· Fully computer literate and competent using CRM software
