Job description
We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team at T&T Dental in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a professional manner and make appointments for the dentists
- Communicate effectively with patients about money and accept payments for treatments
- Assist with the administration of the dental recall system
- Answer the telephone and make calls to patients as needed
- Use the computer-based patient record management system effectively
- Register new patients and liaise with third parties as required
- Assist in the running of the practice and carry out general clerical duties
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
- Comply with health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection regulations
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and establish productive relationships with colleagues
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Computer literacy and familiarity with office software
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
