Denmans - Graphic Designer

In the role of Graphic Designer for Denmans, you will be working as part of a wider marketing team so provide on-brand, engaging and creative marketing collateral to support the wider Denmans network. You will be responsible for the creation of a wide range of marketing material for both print and digital. From the main 130pg product catalogues, branch POS, merchandise, advertising content and online social media videos.

The Role:

As a Graphic Designer for Denmans, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Plan, execute and oversee Denmans creative campaigns linked to:
  • Quarterly product catalogues – The Connector
  • Monthly promotional brochures, The Connector Plus
  • Weekly and monthly promotional material
  • Branch support material
  • Online video content
• Work with marketing team to create, implement impactful and creative campaigns that support Marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Work in partnership with marketing agencies to produce best in class materials
• Be point of contact for all graphic design materials and promotional artwork
• To provide expertise and a creative input from the inception stage of design work through to its final production.
• To lead and influence digital creative solutions and concepts
• Work as part of the marketing team and collate content, imagery as needed
• Maintain corporate identity and brand consistency
• To continually develop skills in the latest desk top publishing, printing and graphic design techniques.
• To establish and maintain a professional rapport with all stakeholders
  
  

The Person:

As Graphic Designer for Denmans, you will need:

• Significant experience in a fast pace b2b graphic design role
• Proven skills in producing artwork – portfolio would need to be supplied
• Bachelor degree or related qualification in graphic design desirable
• Production of product catalogues
• Image library management
• Creating online video content
• Working to tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to be creative and innovative in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communicator and high level of interpersonal skills
  

As a Graphic Desiner for Denmans, you will be:

• Fluent in Adobe creative suite – Indd, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro
• Creative & proactive
• Adaptable
• Ability to follow briefs
• Excellent workload planning, prioritising and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and focused
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-pace environment
