Job Title: Van Driver
Duties:
- Safely operate a company van to transport goods and materials between warehouses and other designated locations
- Load and unload cargo from the van, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Communicate with warehouse personnel to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of deliveries
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - minimum 1 year driving and maximum 6 points on the licence
- Proven experience as a van driver or in a similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse personnel and other team members - English medium level is required - you need to be understood and understand specific tasks
- Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient delivery schedules
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, as some cargo may be bulky or heavy
