About the Role:
Due to our continuous growth and following on from the successful aquisition of SDL, RWS has embarked on a transformation journey to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 into our Global HR and Finance functions.
To support us on this journey, we are looking for an experienced D365 Delivery Project Manager who will lead the successful implementation of the Dynamics 365 platform into both the HR and Finnace Operations. You will ensure that all project objectives are met within the set timeline and budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the project, both internally within RWS and with any external partners or vendors involved in the implementation
- Develop and manage the project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Lead the project team, including assigning tasks and overseeing the work of project members
- Manage the project budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring that the project stays within budget
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure that the Dynamics 365 platform is properly configured and integrated with other systems used by RWS
- Collaborating with the finance and supply chain teams to understand their specific needs and requirements, and incorporating them into the project plan
- Manage any risks or issues that arise during the project, and developing and implementing solutions to address them
- Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and meet the needs of the business
- Strong background in IT project management, specifically in the implementation of Dynamics 365
- Relationship management with vendors and 3rd party supliers
- Experience in leading teams and coordinating with various stakeholders
- Able to effectively manage project budgets and timelines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role
