Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do


Within the Regional Network Deployment Team, you will be responsible for the delivery of upgrades, enhancements, capacity increases, reconfigurations and decommissions to Vodafone’s regional network.
You will operate and manage a factory production line which accelerates Network deployment where standardisations and simplifications are at the heart of what we do.


Champion a One Team approach across all team members, stakeholders, suppliers, and partners. You will build a culture of diversity as a foundation of maximising the collective knowledge, skills and capabilities
Continuously drive delivery improvements through experimentation and testing of new ideas and concepts, learning fast and implementing quickly


Who you are


  • Good understanding of the core technologies, systems, processes, and legislative framework that underpin Telecoms Networks with specific experience in at least one key function; Connectivity Services, Fibre Services, or Mobile Services.
  • Management experience in a Mobile Telecoms ‘On the day’ environment
  • Experience of chairing daily ‘on the day’ calls with build partners and integration teams.
  • Support kit shortages, Tools issues, CRQ’s & Back-office requirements
  • Proven professional experience, with focus and drive. With a consistent track record and the ability to demonstrate strong delivery
