EVCI Service Delivery Manager

Our EVCI team are passionate about making our towns and cities more liveable, improving safety for all road users and creating a sustainable road network - now and for future generations. The EVCI Service Delivery Manager will play in a key role in achieving this.
The Role
Reporting to the EVCI Operations Manager, you will take the lead in delivering our large existing portfolio of EVI service contracts across the UK.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do so client relationship management and an ability to communicate at all levels is essential to this role. You will also take ownership of driving our service excellence through achieving, exceeding, and reporting on our contractual Service Level Agreements with both external customers and internal stakeholders.
Building relationships with internal departments will be critical to achieving the anticipated growth. In particular, you will work closely with: Our Services organistaion to ensure processes and procedures are effective, HSQE team to ensure we have Health, Safety, Quality and Environment team to bring to life our Zero Harm culture; Sales and Tendering to support the winning of new contracts and onboarding of new customers; Procurement to ensure a fit for purpose supply chain; Finance to deliver and report financial performance across the portfolio, to name but a few.
Ideally, you will have EVCI experience and / or significant service experience in a related industry such as highways or electrical.
The location is flexible.
What are my responsibilities?
- Monitor and evaluate contract performance using contract SLA data and internal KPIs.
- Work with the Service organisation to set and deliver performance targets, implementing corrective actions where appropriate and driving continuous improvement.
- Monitor contract financial performance, implementing effective cost controls and actively driving increased productivity and overall effectiveness.
- Be data driven, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and data visualization tools to find key insights which will drive service performance
- Leverage excellent relationship management and influencing skills to drive the desired behaviors from internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead effectively within a matrix organizational structure for service delivery.
- Manage the customer relationship through regular contact to establish feedback against current performance levels, provide insights into how charger availability can be improved, and to gather an understanding of any potential future opportunities.
- Implement methods to evaluate performance and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience (e.g. Net Promoter Score).
- Develop new service offerings with existing customers to support business growth aspirations.
- Lead new Service Contract Mobilizations, ensuring contractual service expectations are delivered from system Go live.
- Influence R&D development activities to meet customers’ needs and focused service improvements.
- Ensure our stock management procedures are effective.
- Maintain a quality culture operating within a safe working environment and compliant with current legislation and external quality standards, including ISO18001 & ISO 27001 accreditations
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Have a working knowledge of MS Office packages including strong knowledge of Word and Excel
- Experience working with data visualization tools to drive performance insights
- A strong ability to problem solve and resolve issues when they arise
