Job Title: Technology Delivery Manager – Program Management Office (PMO)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead and oversee the technology deployment and adoption within the organization. As the Technology Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coaching a group of technology deployment specialists, building, and executing training plans, and fostering relationships with operational leadership to implement critical operations technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Management and Coaching:

• Manage and provide leadership to technology deployment specialists, ensuring effective teamwork, professional development, and high performance.
• Set clear goals, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance evaluations to enhance team productivity and individual growth.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

2. Training Plan Development:

• Collaborate with PMO teams and key stakeholders to define technology deployment plans and requirements.
• Develop comprehensive training plans and programs to equip the team with the necessary skills and knowledge to execute technology deployments effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in technology deployment and incorporate them into training plans to enhance team capabilities.

3. Relationship Building and Operational Solutions:

• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with operational leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with operational leadership to develop and implement critical operations technology solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Act as a liaison between the technology deployment team and operational leadership, facilitating effective communication and ensuring smooth implementation of solutions.

4. Project Deployment and Management:

• Collaborate with Project Managers to oversee technology deployment projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Provide strategic guidance and support in project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, identifying process efficiencies, and implementing best practices.
• Analyze performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of technology deployments and operational solutions, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Education) is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 5 – 7 years of proven experience in managing and coaching technology deployment specialists or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of technology deployment methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering technology deployment projects.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with operational leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflict resolutions and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to identify and address operational challenges.
• Ability to stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in the operations and technology deployment space.
