Serve as Primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation Provide strong thought leadership and leading EF Best Practices while guiding a customer through implementation Clearly understand customer business challenges and use cases Configure Platform according to Best Practices for quick Time to Value Perform testing on platform to ensure accurate configuration Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of assigned implementation Create Project Plans - measure, track & report progress against the plans Manage scope, resources and project budget according to the SOW and apply Change Orders as necessary Partner with internal teams such as Product and Engineering to deliver successful implementations Continuous review and improvement of methodology and delivery best practices Conduct Post Implementation Reviews to refine best practices 5+ years of professional services, project management, or consulting experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience in managing IT, consulting, or SaaS project/implementations Experience with ATS/HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Taleo or other talent/recruitment management software platforms Experience in defining business requirements and additional scope for change orders and expansion Excellent written and verbal communication skills
