This is an exciting opportunity to join ASK4 during a period of growth. This new role will be a part of the Client Service Delivery function; it will be responsible for making sure that service delivery and service support processes are on track and a high level of client service is delivered consistently. This role is an integral part of our growing business ultimately ensuring we deliver an industry leading service to our clients and customers which exceeds their expectations.
ASK4 brings buildings to life, from Internet connectivity and smart building technology to IT and data centre services. Working with clients across student housing, build to rent, later living and other sectors, we ensure that people are able to live life and work productively.
What you’ll be doing:
· Build client relationships with strategic clients at Regional Management and C-Suite Director level, whilst also being the client advocate within ASK4.
· Leading project teams, rectifying issues and escalations as well as monitoring service delivery, ensuring progression of issues and tracking KPI delivery.
· Responsible for the creation and upkeep of a Client Portfolio Executive Summary
· Conduct service reviews with the clients to drive account performance
· Lead commercial discussions with the client where required.
· Involvement in bids and proposals were required
· Monitoring of site in-life P&L accounts – highlighting common increases, introducing corrective actions, etc.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of:
· Extensive understanding of service management principles, frameworks (such as ITIL), and best practices. Including incident management, problem management, change management and service level management.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to build and maintain relationships with clients.
· Proven ability to understand client requirements, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.
· Strong leadership skills, including the ability to delegate tasks, provide clear direction and inspire collaboration and teamwork.
· Proven Project Management skills, to plan, organise and coordinate resources, timelines and deliverables.
· Problem Solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations, identify problems and propose effective solutions.
· Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly to address service-related challenges.
· Previous experience managing budgets, cost management and financial planning (ensuring that service delivery stays within budget and aligns with financial goals).
· Continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements and driving efficiencies in service delivery.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £60,000.00 per year
