The individual will have responsibility for moving vehicles to and from customers in an efficient and professional manner. You will be expected to conduct a professional hand-over on delivery, whilst providing excellent customer service and ensuring you record all information as required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Hand-over vehicles at delivery, recording all information as required
  • Represent LCH and LCH clients in a professional manner to customers at all times
  • Inspect vehicles prior to leaving site and with customer on handover / collection
  • Provide product knowledge to customers at handover and give assistance as required by the customer
  • Ensure most efficient and cost-effective travel methods always used between jobs (this will involve use of public transport)
  • May occasionally be required to cover long distance routes, including overnight stays
  • Maintain regular contact with Transport team when experiencing issues

  • Knowledge of relevant Road Traffic Acts
  • Ability to use / complete paperwork as required
  • Ability to effectively plan own work
  • Good customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends (we operate 7 days a week so shift patterns will include weekday and weekend working)
  • Held a full clean driving license of over 2 years

Salary and Hours:

Full time (40 hours per week), working a variety of shifts including weekend working.

Basic salary £22,000-23,000, OTE £24,000-26,000 (overtime).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
