Delivery Driver/florists assistant Ambleside, England
Job description
The primary responsibility will be to deliver our orders to both residential addresses along with hotels etc, so excellent knowledge of the area is essential along with a full clean driving license. Other responsibilities will be to keep the delivery vehicle fully stocked with essentials including fuel and that it is clean at all times. The secondary responsibility would be to help in the florist shop by serving customers in the shop and taking orders over the phone, caring for plants, preparing wrapping for gifts etc and general housekeeping, a genuine interest in flowers/floristry is essential to this position
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
Salary: From £10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- driving: 5 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving License (required)
