We understand that you have a life and commitments outside of work, so we offer permanent contracts, guaranteed hours and a shift pattern to follow. You must be available to work 5 out of any 7 days per week with no pre plans. To make sure you can plan ahead, we will provide your roster up to 13 weeks in advanceWork Pattern - 5x8 Hour Shift Per week. Shifts will be AM & PM's which will include weekends on a 40 hour permanent contract. You will know your shifts 13 weeks in advance.

Getting to work
Situated just off the A41 at Symmetry Park, Ambrosden, Bicester OX26 6GF, We have an onsite car park. We also have 2 bike sheds where you can lock your bike up on our secure grounds. Public transport is available for most nights shifts but only some day shifts due to the early starts.
Don’t have a car? We are setting up a Lift Share scheme where we can look to match your shifts with someone who lives in your area so that you can travel together. You can also choose a brand new bike and accessories (up to £3k) while saving on tax and NI, with our cycle to work scheme (repayable over a 12 month period), so not only can you save on car costs but increase your fitness levels too!
We also have free transport from Aylesbury to Bicester to ensure that you can attend work to start your shift if you are unable to drive, or just wish to travel in style!

From our facility we will send out up to 36,000 orders per week to Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas, including the Beautiful Cotswolds. Whether it's receiving products from suppliers, picking customers shopping, loading or driving our vans that interest you, we have a role for you.
