Job description
Prestige Trucking Inc. is seeking for a Delivery Appliance Installer Specialists to join our team! You will be delivering and installing appliances in and around the TN, AR and MS area. The installation can range from refrigerators, gas stove, washers and dryers, dishwasher and microwaves, etc. This position requires one to be quick and proficient in the delivery.
A good work ethic is required and with great customer service skills. This will be a great opportunity to learn and advance your career with our growing company.
Please have at least 1 year of experience delivering and installing appliances into customer homes.
Monday thru Saturday, start time 5:30am until deliveries are completed. This is NOT an overnight position, home daily.
We have full time and part-time positions available for home delivery professionals.
WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Must be friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and company needs.
- Complete a full daily route, which includes on-time arrival and accurate installation of appliances.
- Safely deliver to clients’ houses in efficient manner to prevent injuries and claims from damages.
- Must be reliable and have a history of good attendance.
- Must be able to load and unload up to 75 – 300 lbs. with the help of an appliance dolly and/or body straps.
Minimum Qualification
- Valid state-issued driver license
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have own tools or be able to obtain within three weeks of employment
- Have a CLEAN MVR (If you are applying for the driver’s position) & DOT Card
- Be able drive safely a 26 foot box truck (If you are applying for the driver’s position)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $128.00 - $150.00 per day
