The Lazy Gourmet – Delivery Driver
The Lazy Gourmet is an award-winning catering and events company, and we are looking for a fantastic individual to join our team as Delivery Driver. Quality ingredients, sustainability and the highest level of service have been ingrained in the DNA of the Company since 1979.
We are looking for highly organized, forward thinking team player who possess positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to excel under pressure.
- As Delivery Driver or Dispatcher you will be an integral part of The Lazy Gourmet Team ensuring items are loaded, transported and delivered to clients and businesses in a safe and timely manner.
- Assist with general set up and clean up as required.
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- You thrive under pressure and can communicate with clients and appropriate team members to alleviate problems when they arise
- Strong focus on excellence; professional and positive attitude that contributes to overall team environment.
- Previous experience in a high-volume catering environment is an asset.
Qualifications
- Class 5 Drivers Licence
- Prefer a minimum of 1 years of related experience
- Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize and work calmly under pressure
- Flexible availability
- Food Safe Level 1 is an asset
- Ability to lift up 50 lbs if required.

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
